Under the name RedEye we offer a range of pushbroom HSI cameras for the near infrared range (NIR). These provide chemical information on a wide variety of materials: from plastics and food to medicines and waste. The technology captures information that is not visible to the eye, such as material class, ingredients or coatings. It is used in particular in sorting systems and in inline process control.
Depending on the area of application, the RedEye is
available in four variants with different wavelength ranges:
RedEye 1.7 (950 to 1700 nm)
RedEye 1.7 High Res (950 to 1700 nm)
RedEye 1.9 (1100 to 1900 nm)
RedEye 2.2. (1200 to 2200nm).

Thanks to high measurement rates, excellent spectral and spatial resolution and the flexibly adjustable field of view, the RedEye series enables inline checks in real time – even on fast-moving objects. In combination with the ColEx adapter, which combines RGB data with the NIR signal, color information can also be recorded in parallel. Once installed, all RedEye cameras provide consistently fast and reliable results – and at an unbeatable price-performance ratio.
