This is what YOUR future area of responsibility could look like:
• Your main task will be to identify and acquire new customers in a qualified emerging market
• With a focus on coordination and communication, you will accompany our prospects and customers throughout the entire project and purchasing process
• You will visit customers and trade events to demonstrate the advantages of our products
• For transparent recording, you will maintain master data, reports, and statistics in our CRM system and you will work closely with our sales coordinators in Nürnberg.
• This position is open to remote workers in the European Union.

• You have a degree in engineering or natural sciences and ideally already have some professional experience in sales in the areas of machine vision or optics

This is what YOUR future area of responsibility could look like:
• Your primary area of responsibility is to support our sales partners and sales engineers. You monitor the processes from ordering to delivery, handle all related administrative tasks and are the communication interface
• In an assigned region (preferably APAC), you provide our sales partners with current information and develop meaningful offers for other interested parties
• As a solution-oriented „caretaker“, you take care of small and large concerns of our partners and customers and always keep an overview thanks to careful documentation
• You support our sales team at presentations, specialist conferences and trade fairs all over the world

• You have completed commercial training and can already draw on several years of experience in customer service for technically sophisticated products
• With your committed and transparent way of communicating, you are able to turn our customers into fans
• Even in hot phases, you can keep a cool head and thus provide internal and external contacts with important information in a targeted manner
• Fluent German and English skills, as well as routine use of common office tools are a given for you
